**Refund/Return Policy:**
Thank you for choosing us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Please take a moment to review our return policy, which excludes our books, one of a kind crafts and custom or personalized items:
- **Eligibility for Returns:** Limited products such as tumblers, items with no personalization or customization are eligible for returns within 5 days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
- **Exclusions:** Author signed copies of our books, one of a kind crafts and custom or personalized items, as well as any products that have been altered, damaged, or used beyond normal wear and tear, are not eligible for return. This policy is in place to ensure the unique nature of our products remains intact.
- **Return Process:** If you wish to initiate a return for an eligible product, please contact our customer service team within the 5-day return window at support@kialuimedia.com. They will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorization, and necessary shipping instructions.
- **Return Shipping:** Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or product defect). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery of the returned item.
- **Refunds and Processing:** Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- **Damaged or Defective Items:** In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@kialuimedia.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund. Due to the nature of some of our custom items, a replacement will be reproduced as closely to the original one purchased as we can.
- **Non-Returnable Items:** For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items, such as consumables or products explicitly marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- **Cancellation Policy:** If you need to cancel an order for, please contact us within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped out and before the production process starts.
